Which GLP-1 trackers have an Apple Watch app?
Phaze and Glapp both ship an Apple Watch app. On Phaze, the watch covers dose logging, weight, and water entry, plus complications you can put on a watch face for one-tap logging, with widgets and Live Activities on the phone. Glapp also lists an Apple Watch app (watchOS 10 or later). Among the others, Pep's, Mingo's, and Regimen's App Store listings do not list an Apple Watch app, and Shotsy's watch support could not be verified from its listing, so we are not claiming either way for Shotsy. If logging from the wrist matters to you, Phaze and Glapp are the two here that clearly support it. The Apple Watch GLP-1 tracker guide on this site covers what the Phaze watch app does in more detail.
