Which GLP-1 trackers track labs and body composition?
Two apps here clearly track bloodwork: Phaze and Regimen. Phaze's Labs & Scans covers 8 biomarker categories (GLP-1, metabolic, lipids, vitamins, kidney, liver, thyroid, and inflammation), with manual entry free and lab-document OCR import in Phaze Pro, and trend charts you can read next to your dose history. Phaze also adds Body Composition (Beta): an AI photo estimate of body fat percentage and muscle mass with a confidence level, plus DEXA scan import. Regimen tracks labs too (testosterone, estradiol, lipids, glucose, A1c, and more) as a broad multi-compound tracker. Shotsy's, Pep's, Mingo's, and Glapp's listings do not mention lab/bloodwork or DEXA import, though some let you note a value. In Phaze, lab data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and excluded from data exports.
