phaze

Yes. Phaze logs GLP-1 side effects with a severity rating (none, mild, moderate, severe), the dose you were on at the time, and when they happened, with a searchable list of common symptoms like nausea, fatigue, headache, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and more, plus a custom option. The point is the pattern: a side effect that shows up only in the first week after a step-up is different from one that lingers, and Phaze shows trend labels (improving, stable, worsening) over timeframes from a week to several months, with a 24-hour post-dose check-in prompt. Side-effect logging is free, no paywall. Medical data including side effects is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the Apple Keychain, is not uploaded to our servers by default, and is excluded from data exports. Phaze is a tracking tool, not medical advice.

The Phaze guides start with the data, not the slogan.
