Does Phaze track side effects?
Yes. Phaze logs GLP-1 side effects with severity (mild, moderate, severe), the body region affected, the dose you were on at the time, and how many days into a step-up you were. Common entries are nausea, fatigue, constipation, reflux, headache, and injection-site reaction, with a free-text field for anything else. The point is the pattern: a side effect that shows up only in the first week after a step-up is different from one that lingers, and the chart makes that obvious. Side-effect logging is free, no paywall. Phaze never sells side-effect data, never uses it to train AI, and stores it AES-256-GCM encrypted on device and in your iCloud backup. Even Apple cannot read it.
