Is vitamin D deficiency common on GLP-1?

Vitamin D can run low on a GLP-1, often because lower appetite means lower food intake overall, including foods that quietly supply D such as fatty fish and fortified dairy. Less time outdoors can add to it. The usual test is 25-hydroxy vitamin D (25-OH D); many labs flag a value under 30 ng/mL as insufficient, though ranges vary by lab. Vitamin B12 can drift down for similar reasons and is worth asking your doctor about alongside D, especially after several months on the medication. If your doctor recommends a supplement, Phaze trends each D and B12 result on its own chart so you can see whether the number is moving over time, rather than guess. Phaze does not recommend supplements or doses; that is your clinician's call.
