How often should I get bloodwork while on GLP-1?
A common rhythm many people follow: a baseline panel before the first dose, a repeat around 3 months, again around 6 months, then every 6 to 12 months. A1C and lipids are often checked quarterly during active dose titration and twice a year on a stable dose. Kidney and liver markers usually ride along on the metabolic panel, so they get checked whenever A1C does. Thyroid is commonly once a year. If you have type 2 diabetes, your endocrinologist may want more frequent A1C checks. Your own provider decides what is right for you. Phaze plots each result on its own timeline so the cadence is visible and you can show your doctor exactly what has changed since the last visit.
