Delete Your Data

You are always in control of your Phaze data. You can erase everything from inside the app in a few taps, or ask us to do it for you by email.

Phaze is offline-first. Your health and medication data lives encrypted on your device, so deleting it in the app removes it at the source.

Delete everything in the app

This is the fastest way and it works on both iOS and Android.

  1. Open Phaze and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete All Data.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your data is erased from the device right away.

This permanently removes your profile, health and medication entries, photos, and app history. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email us at privacy@phaze.fit from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete your data.

  • Tell us which platform you used, iOS or Android.
  • Include any email or identifier you signed up with, so we can locate cloud backup records.

We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, so we never delete the wrong person's data.

What gets deleted

When you delete your data, we remove:

  • Your profile and account settings.
  • All health, weight, body composition, and dose entries.
  • Meals, nutrition logs, and saved foods.
  • Progress photos and milestones.
  • Any cloud backup stored in your private Google Drive or iCloud app folder.

If Cloud Backup was on, deleting in the app also clears the backup. If you only want to stop backups, you can turn Cloud Backup off in Settings without deleting your data.

What we keep, and for how long

Phaze does not store your health or medication data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain there. A small amount of non-health data may remain for a limited time:

We never sell your data and we never send medical data to advertisers.

How long deletion takes

In-app deletion is immediate on your device. For email requests, we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply. Backups in third-party storage are removed as part of the same process.
