Daily check-in
Mood, energy and hunger in three taps. Builds a streak that keeps you consistent.
Free • No account • All in your browser
A no-account way to log your weight, water, calories and daily check-ins on Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound — or any GLP-1. Your data stays on this device. No email. No payment. Ever.
The five core habits that move the needle on a GLP-1, free and in your browser.
Mood, energy and hunger in three taps. Builds a streak that keeps you consistent.
Daily entries with a 14-day trend chart so you can see what the scale is actually doing.
Tap-to-log water against your daily goal. Critical when food noise drops on a GLP-1.
Quick numeric logging against a daily target. No food database lookups, just the number that matters.
Everything is stored locally in your browser via IndexedDB. No server, no email, no analytics linked to you.
Nothing to install. Nothing to sign up for. The whole tracker loads in seconds.
A single screen for weight, water, calories and a mood check-in. Build a streak from day one.
Export your data as a JSON file, install Phaze on iOS or Android, and import it. Your streak comes with you.
Three quick steps, no account, no install. Your streak starts the moment you check in.

Already on Phaze?
Yes. Phaze in your browser is 100% free with no account, no email and no payment ever. Premium features (medication tracking, AI meal scanning, doctor reports) live in the iOS and Android apps.
Locally, in your browser's IndexedDB. There is no Phaze server for the web tracker — your check-ins, weight and water never leave your device unless you choose to export them.
Yes. Open the dashboard, tap Export my data, and you'll get a phaze-export-*.json file. The iOS and Android apps both have a Restore from file option in onboarding that brings your data over with one tap.
Not in the browser — that's intentional. Medication tracking, dose schedules, injection sites and side-effect logs are encrypted at rest and live exclusively in the iOS and Android apps. The web tracker is wellness-only.
Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Retatrutide and 40+ other GLP-1 and metabolic medications — all in the mobile apps.
Those features need a server and a camera, neither of which fits a no-account in-browser tracker. The mobile apps include a USDA food database, barcode scanning, voice meal logging and AI meal photo scans.
